My idea

I think that a rule what we called "netiquette" is important. When we use the Internet without a rule, This situation is dangerous because a rule important to protect many user. However, if you make a rule, some of man break it. This is a serious issue. The Internet is free, so when you use it, you have to take heed what you do. In addition, you should think of influence.

    Yes this is a good post, I agree about 'netiquette'. The Internet should not be anarchic in the way it is used.
